Spiced Milk Tea (Masala Chai)



No matter what weather is, tea is a best beverage which can be served as iced or hot.


Benefits of having Tea

Ingredients:


2-3 Cardamom

1/2 piece of Cinnamon stick

1.2 Ginger

3 Cloves

2 Cup of milk

2 tsp of sugar


Preparation:


Step 1: Grind together cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger.

Step 2: Next add 1/2 cup of water with 2 cup of milk. Let them boil for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add sugar.

Step 4: Add tea powder.

Step 5: Add step 1 and steep for 5 minutes. And then serve it.
