Pineapple Dessert

Here is my second writing about which I am very fond of, that is "COOKING".

I love to cook. I believe cooking is a art. One can get more happiness while eating. Yes, which is true!!

Ok, Today I am writing how to make "Pineapple Kesribath".


Ingredients


1. 1 cup of roasted Rava

2. 1/2 cup of Ghee

3. 1/2 cup of finely chopped pineapple

4. Saffron

5. 1/2 cup of milk

6. 1/2 cup of sugar

7. 1 teaspoon of Cardamom

8. 1 pinch of Camphor if needed.

9. Cashew nuts

10. Raisins.


Preparation



Step 1: To start first roast the Rava and keep aside.


Step 2: Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts and allow to roast. Add the raisins and saute.


Step 3: Cook the chopped pineapple on low heat until it soften. Once done turn off the heat and allow it to cool.


Step 4: Next to that pan add milk, 2 cup of water. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron milk, camphor and simmering until we roast the rava.


Step 5: Next add roasted rava, gradually add milk mixture into the rava. Keep stringing. 


Step 6: Once done stir roasted cashew nuts and raisins and mix well to combine.
