Methi Pulao/Menthya

Ingredients:

1 cup of Rice.
1 bunch of Methi leaves.
5 Cloves.
1 Cinnamon.

1 Cardamom.

5 Green chili.

1 Onion.
1/4 Cup of peas.
1/4 Cup of curd.
1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste.
1 tsp of coriander leaves .
1 Potato.
1 Tomato .
1-2 Bay leaf.
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.

1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
1 tsp of Red chili powder.
1 tsp of Coriander powder .
2-3 tbsp of Ghee.

Salt as per taste.

Preparation:

Step 1: In cooker and add ghee, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric powder,bay leaf,
Green chili, onion and tomato. Stir for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Further add potato, peas and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Next add red chili, coriander powder and salt. Mix them we
ll.
Step 4: Add curd and stir for a while.
Step 5: Further add 2 cup of water followed by 2 cup of rice.
Step 6: Add coriander leave and close the pressure cooker.
Step 7: Open the lid after 2 white and serve it.
