Egg Biryani
Egg Biryani Ingredient 2 Cup of rice 3 Cup of water 4 Boiled Eggs 2 tsp of Ghee/ Cooking oil 3 Cloves 3 Cardamom 1 cinnamon 2 Bay leaf 1 Onion, chopped 1 Tomato, chopped 5 Green chili, chopped 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste 2 tsp of red chili powder 1 tsp of coriander powder Salt as per taste 4 Mint leaves 2 tsp of yogurt Preparation Step 1: In pressure cooker heat ghee. Step 2: Further add cloves, cardam on, cinnamon, bay leaf, green chili, onion and tomato. Sauté for a while. Step 3: Later add red chili, coriander powder and salt. Step 4: Next add yogurt, wa ter and stir for a while. Step 5: Now add rice, boiled egg, and finely chopped coriander leaves and close the lid. Step 6: Pressure cook for 3 whistle and serve it.
