Egg Puff

Ingredients:


4 boiled eggs

Puff pastry sheets 

1 Onion, chopped

1 Tomato, chopped

1 tsp oil

1 pinch of turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp mustard seed

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 Ginger, chopped

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Cilantro leaves

Curry leaves

Salt as per taste


Preparation:


Step 1: Chop the onion, tomato and ginger finely.


Step 2: Heat the pan and add mustard, cumin, curry leaves, onion, tomato and ginger. 

keep the heat at medium flame and stir for a while.


Step 3: Further add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and stir for a while.


Step 4: Pre heat the oven for 400 to 200 C


Step 5: Cut the pastry sheets. Divide the onion mixture (step 3). Next place egg on top. Overlap each corner and seal the sheets properly.


Step 6: Transfer egg puff to baking sheets. Put in oven.


Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes. And serve it.
