Indian Style Spaghetti Noodles with Black Beans
Ingredients
Spaghetti
1 cup of boiled Black Beans
2 tablespoon of oil
2-3 Finely chopped ginger and garlic
1 chilli
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 broccoli
2 tablespoon of spring onion
1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 finely chopped
1/2 carrot, chopped
5-6 beans
3 tablespoon shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1: In a large vessel take 4 cup water, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. once the water comes to a boil place a pack of spaghetti
Step 2: Boil the spaghetti for 3 minutes. And boil off the water.
Step 3: Now in a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 1 chili. Next sauté 1/2 onion, 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
Step 4:Further add 1/2 carrot, 1/4 green capsicum, 5 beans, 1/4 red capsicum and broccoli.
Step 5: Stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes or until veggies are cooked yet retain their crunch also add 3 tbsp cabbage and stir fry.
Step 6: Next add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Next add black beans.

Step 7: Add boiled spaghetti and mix gently.
Step 8: Finally, garnish with spring onion and serve it.
