  Vangibath (Brinjal Rice)/ Egg Plant Ingredients: 1 cup of cooked rice 3 Brinjal Vangibath powder 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tbsp cashew 1 tsp ground nuts 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp chana dal 1 tsp urad dal Curry leaves 3-4 red dried chili 1 onion, sliced 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp tamarind plum 1 tbsp coriander leaves Preparation: Step 1: In pan, add cooking oil, mustard seed, ground nuts, chana dal, urad dal, red chili, curry leaves, sliced onion and chopped brinjal.   Step 2: Sauté for a while. Step 3 : Further add turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Step 4: Mix the vangibath powder and stir well. Step 5: Cover the lid, make sure brinjal should be cooked properly. Next add tamarind plum. Step 6: Next add portion of rice and mix well, garnish with coriander. And serve it.

Bhindi   Masala (Okra/Lady Finger)   Ingredients: 20 Bhindi 2 tbsp of cooking oil Salt as per taste 2 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp lime juice Preparation: Step 1: Cut the okra in about 1 inch pieces. Step 2: Take a pan, add okra, oil and sauté for 5 minutes. Step 3: Now add salt and pepper powder and stir for a while. Step 4: Let it cook for 8 minutes and then add lime juice and serve it.

Radish Sambar   Ingredients: 2 medium size radish 1 tomato 1 onion 4 garlic 4 curry leaves 3 tbsp toor dal/pigeon pea lentils 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp tamarind plum 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 pinch of asafetida Cilantro leaves   Preparation: Step 1: Rinse toor dal in water. Step 2: Add dal, sliced tomato, 4 garlic,4 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1 tsp of oil in pressure cooker. Step 3: Add 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Step 4: Next, open the lid and lightly mash the cooker dal. Step 5: Further heat 2 tbsp of oil in pad. Add mustard seeds, cumin, 3 curry leaves, 2 ginger and chopped onion. Step 6: Fry for a while and add asafetida. Then add sliced radish. And sauté for a while. Step 7: Then add 1 cup of water. And sprinkle salt. Helps body to recover from  radiation    Ingredients: 2-3 Cardamom 1/2 piece of Cinnamon stick 1.2 Ginger 3 Cloves 2 Cup of milk 2 tsp of sugar Preparation: Step 1: Grind together cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger. Step 2: Next add 1/2 cup of water with 2 cup of milk. Let them boil for 2 minutes. Step 3: Add sugar. Step 4: Add tea powder. Step 5: Add step 1 and steep for 5 minutes. And then serve it.

Puliyogare/ Tamarind Rice  Ingredients: 1   cup of steamed rice 1/2 cup of Puliyogare mixture 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 small slice tamarind 1/4 tsp turmeric powder   2 tsp salt   2 tbsp ground nut 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp urad dal 1 tsp chana dal 5 - 6 curry leaves Preparation: Step 1: Cook the rice and keep it aside. Step 2: Now heat the pan and add oil, mustard seeds, ground nut, sesame seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, tamarind, puliyogare mixture, salt, turmeric powder. Step 3: Next add above tempering into the cooked rice and serve it with grated coconut.

Methi Pulao/Menthya

Methi Pulao/Menthya Ingredients: 1 cup of Rice. 1 bunch of Methi leaves. 5 Cloves. 1 Cinnamon. 1 Cardamom. 5 Green chili. 1 Onion. 1/4 Cup of peas. 1/4 Cup of curd. 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste. 1 tsp of coriander leaves  . 1 Potato. 1 Tomato  . 1-2 Bay leaf. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds. 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder. 1 tsp of Red chili powder. 1 tsp of Coriander powder  . 2-3 tbsp of Ghee. Salt as per taste. Preparation: Step 1: In cooker and add ghee, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric powder,bay leaf, Green chili, onion and tomato. Stir for 2 minutes. Step 2: Further add potato, peas and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for 2 minutes. Step 3: Next add red chili, coriander powder and salt. Mix them we ll. Step 4: Add curd and stir for a while. Step 5: Further add 2 cup of water followed by 2 cup of rice. Step 6: Add coriander leave and close the pressure cooker. Step 7: Open the lid after 2 white and serve it.

One can get more happiness while eating. Yes, which is true!! Ok, Today I am writing how to make "Pineapple Kesribath". Ingredients 1. 1 cup of roasted Rava 2. 1/2 cup of Ghee 3. 1/2 cup of finely chopped pineapple 4. Saffron 5. 1/2 cup of milk 6. 1/2 cup of sugar 7. 1 teaspoon of Cardamom 8. 1 pinch of Camphor if needed. 9. Cashew nuts 10. Raisins. Preparation Step 1: To start first roast the Rava and keep aside. Step 2: Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts and allow to roast. Add the raisins and saute. Step 3: Cook the chopped pineapple on low heat until it soften.
