Avarekalu Sambar/ Flat Beans

Ingredients:


2 Cups of avarekalu

1/2 Cup of coconut

2 Teaspoon of oil

2 Teaspoon of Red Chili powder

1 Teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste

1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves

1 Teaspoon of poppy seeds

3 Cloves

2 Cardamom

1 Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of fried gram

1 Onion

1 Tomato


Preparation:


Step 1: Grate coconut, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, poppy seeds, cloves, cardamom

Cinnamon, fried seeds, and half tomato. Make fine paste of these.


Step 2: In pan add oil, fry onion for 2 minutes.


Step 3: To fried onion add all grated paste.


Step 4: Next make 2-3 whistle. And serve it.
