Shavige Payasa/ Vermicelli Palasa




Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup of Vermicelli 
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Nuts 


 Preparation:


Step 1: Heat the pan and add ghee. Roast cashews and other nuts.


Step 2: In the same pan roast vermicelli. Roast until it turn pale golden.


Step 3: Next, boil 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk. 


Step 4: Add sugar and vermicelli. Let it cook for medium flame.


Step 5: Finally add nuts and serve it.
