Goat Sukka/Mutton Curry 


Ingredients:


200 gas of Mutton

Salt as per taste

Turmeric powder

1 cup of coconut

2 cloves

1 cinnamon

2 cardamom

1 tsp ginger and garlic paste 

2 tsp pepper powder

Onion, finely chopped

2 tomato

Curry leaves

5 green chili

2 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

2 tsp oil



Preparation: 



Mutton Curry 


Have to make 3 types of mixture. Listed below.


Step 1: Grate onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and turmeric.


Step 2: One more time grate tomato, red chili and coriander powder.


Step 3: Further grate coconut, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon.


Step 4: In pressure cooker add oil, ghee, turmeric powder and cook mutton  for 10 minutes.


Step 5: Further to cooker add step 1, step 2 and step 3(All 3 grated mixture)


Step 6: Add water, salt as per your consistency, further add coriander leaves and do 5 whistle.



Goat Sukka


Step 1: In pan add oil, onion, curry leaves and green chili and fry for 2 minutes.


Step 2: Add mutton from mutton curry itself, add pepper powder and sauté for a while.


Step 3: sauté for 2-3 minutes and serve with coriander leaves.


Ragi Mudde/ finger millet ball


Ingredients:


1 cup of rage flour

1/2 cup of water



Preparation: 


Step 1: In small cup add water, 1 tsp Ragi flour and mix well until you remove lumps.


Step 2: Cook on medium flame.


Step 3: When the water begins to boil add rage flour and stir well.
