Ingredients 1 cup of lemon juice 1 1/2 cup of white sugar 7 cups of water   Steps Step 1: In a small cup combine sugar and 1 cup of water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Step 2: Next add some cold water or ice cubes to dilute it. Step 3: Further add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Step 4:  Serve cold over a little ice.

Drumstick Sambar / Nuggekai / Murungakki Sambar “Drumstick” is an easily available vegetable which is cultivated mostly in Asian and African regions. It is a staple vegetable in Southern India and is also widely consumed in other states.It is one of the oldest foods that our parents and grandparents and even those before them had been regularly eating it as part of their daily meals. Ingredients:   Toor dal – 1 cup Drumstick 7-8, peeled and chopped in 3-4 inches in pieces Medium size potato - 1 Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp Sambhar powder– 2 tsp (adjust according to your taste) Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp Tomato – 1 Garlic cloves 4   Onion -1 Tamarind Juice 1 tsp Curry leaves – 5-8 Salt to taste Oil – 2 tbsp Coriander leaves   Steps: Step 1:   Pressure cook dal with turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes and garlic. Egg Biryani

Egg  Biryani Ingredient 2 Cup of rice 3 Cup of water 4 Boiled Eggs 2 tsp of Ghee/ Cooking oil 3 Cloves 3 Cardamom 1 cinnamon 2 Bay leaf 1 Onion, chopped 1 Tomato, chopped 5 Green chili, chopped 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste 2 tsp of red chili powder 1 tsp of coriander powder Salt as per taste 4 Mint leaves 2 tsp of yogurt Preparation Step 1: In pressure cooker heat ghee. Step 2: Further add cloves, cardam on, cinnamon, bay leaf, green chili, onion and tomato. Sauté for a while. Step 3: Later add red chili, coriander powder and salt. Step 4: Next add yogurt, wa ter and stir for a while. Step 5: Now add rice, boiled egg, and finely chopped coriander leaves and close the lid. Step 6: Pressure cook for 3 whistle and serve it.

  Egg Fried rice Ingredients: 2 eggs 2 cloves 2 cardamom 1 cinnamon 1 bay leaf 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tsp of ghee 2 tbsp of finely chopped bell pepper 2 tbsp of finely carrots 2 tbsp of finely spring onion 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste 1 cup of cooked rice 1 tsp of vinegar 1 tsp of soya sauce 1 tsp of red chili sauce Salt as per taste Preparation: Step 1: In a pan beat eggs, add salt and pepper powder. Beat the mixture. Step 2: Next, heat a pan on medium flame add ghee, cardamon,   cinnamon, bay leaf, and all chopped vegetables. Step 3: Let it cook for 5 minutes. Step 4: Further add, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce and salt. Step 5: Next add scrambled and sauté for a while. Finely add spring onion and serve it.

Indian Spicy Neer Dosa Ingredients: 1 cup of rice 1 cup of grated coconut 3  Cardamom  2 tbsp cooking oil 1 Onion, finely chopped 3 green chili, finely chopped   1 cup of dil leaves/ Sabsige, finely chopped   4-5 Green Chili,   finely chopped 5 Curry leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp of grated carrot 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Steps   Step 1: To start making spicy neer dosa first soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours. Step 2: Next grind the soaked rice, coconut, Cardamom and salt. Add water as per your consistency. Step 3: Further transfer to a large bowl, add enough water so that batter has a smooth flowing consistency. ( Batter consistency should be very thin) Step 4: To the above batter add, chopped onion, dil leaves, finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrot and green chili. Mix them well. Listed below. Step 1: Grate onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and turmeric. Step 2: One more time grate tomato, red chili and coriander powder. Dahi Puri/Masala Puri Chaat Ingredients: 10-15 Fresh Crispy Puri 1 big onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 5-6 green chili 1 potato 3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped   3 tbsp plain sev 1/2 cup of peas 1/2 cup grated carrot 3 cloves Small cinnamon 2 tsp of fried gram ( Dalia/Hurikadle) 1 cm ginger 4 Garlic 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala A pinch of turmeric powder 2 cups of water   Salt as per taste Preparation:   Step 1: In pressure cooker add water, soaked peas, potato. Make 1-3 whistles. Step 2: Meanwhile heat pan on medium flame add cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, fried gram, tomato, coriander leaves, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
