Egg Biryani
Ingredient

  • 2 Cup of rice
  • 3 Cup of water
  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 tsp of Ghee/ Cooking oil
  • 3 Cloves
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 5 Green chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 2 tsp of yogurt

Preparation

Step 1: In pressure cooker heat ghee.

Step 2: Further add cloves, cardam
on, cinnamon, bay leaf, green chili, onion and tomato. Sauté for a while.

Step 3: Later add red chili, coriander powder and salt.

Step 4: Next add yogurt, wa
ter and stir for a while.

Step 5: Now add rice, boiled egg, and finely chopped coriander leaves and close the lid.

Step 6: Pressure cook for 3 whistle and serve it.
