Egg Biryani
Ingredient
Preparation
Step 1: In pressure cooker heat ghee.
- 2 Cup of rice
- 3 Cup of water
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 2 tsp of Ghee/ Cooking oil
- 3 Cloves
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 5 Green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp of red chili powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- Salt as per taste
- 4 Mint leaves
- 2 tsp of yogurt
Preparation
Step 1: In pressure cooker heat ghee.
Step 2: Further add cloves, cardamon, cinnamon, bay leaf, green chili, onion and tomato. Sauté for a while.
Step 3: Later add red chili, coriander powder and salt.
Step 4: Next add yogurt, water and stir for a while.
Step 5: Now add rice, boiled egg, and finely chopped coriander leaves and close the lid.
Step 6: Pressure cook for 3 whistle and serve it.
