Egg Fried rice


Ingredients:


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of ghee
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp of finely carrots
  • 2 tbsp of finely spring onion
  • 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 1 tsp of soya sauce
  • 1 tsp of red chili sauce
  • Salt as per taste



Preparation:


Step 1: In a pan beat eggs, add salt and pepper powder. Beat the mixture.


Step 2: Next, heat a pan on medium flame add ghee, cardamon,  cinnamon, bay leaf, and all chopped vegetables.


Step 3: Let it cook for 5 minutes.


Step 4: Further add, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce and salt.


Step 5: Next add scrambled and sauté for a while. Finely add spring onion and serve it.
