Egg Fried rice
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of ghee
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 tbsp of finely carrots
- 2 tbsp of finely spring onion
- 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 1 tsp of soya sauce
- 1 tsp of red chili sauce
- Salt as per taste
Preparation:
Step 1: In a pan beat eggs, add salt and pepper powder. Beat the mixture.
Step 2: Next, heat a pan on medium flame add ghee, cardamon, cinnamon, bay leaf, and all chopped vegetables.
Step 3: Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Further add, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce and salt.
Step 5: Next add scrambled and sauté for a while. Finely add spring onion and serve it.
