Indian Spicy Neer Dosa



Ingredients:



  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • Cardamom 
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 green chili, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup of dil leaves/ Sabsige, finely chopped 
  • 4-5 Green Chili,  finely chopped
  • 5 Curry leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds



Steps 


Step 1: To start making spicy neer dosa first soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours.


Step 2: Next grind the soaked rice, coconut, Cardamom and salt. Add water as per your consistency.


Step 3: Further transfer to a large bowl, add enough water so that batter has a smooth flowing consistency. ( Batter consistency should be very thin)


Step 4: To the above batter add, chopped onion, dil leaves, finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrot and green chili. Mix them well.


Step 5: Next a non stick dosa pan , and pour a ladle of batter in circular motion. 


Step 6:Serve the spicy neer dosa along with sides.
