Goat Sukka/Mutton Curry   Ingredients: 200 gas of Mutton Salt as per taste Turmeric powder 1 cup of coconut 2 cloves 1 cinnamon 2 cardamom 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste   2 tsp pepper powder Onion, finely chopped 2 tomato Curry leaves 5 green chili 2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp oil Preparation:   Mutton Curry   Have to make 3 types of mixture. Listed below. Step 1: Grate onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and turmeric. Step 2: One more time grate tomato, red chili and coriander powder. Step 3: Further grate coconut, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon. Step 4: In pressure cooker add oil, ghee, turmeric powder and cook mutton   for 10 minutes. Dahi Puri/Masala Puri Chaat Ingredients: 10-15 Fresh Crispy Puri 1 big onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 5-6 green chili 1 potato 3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped   3 tbsp plain sev 1/2 cup of peas 1/2 cup grated carrot 3 cloves Small cinnamon 2 tsp of fried gram ( Dalia/Hurikadle) 1 cm ginger 4 Garlic 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala A pinch of turmeric powder 2 cups of water   Salt as per taste Preparation:   Step 1: In pressure cooker add water, soaked peas, potato. Make 1-3 whistles. Step 2: Meanwhile heat pan on medium flame add cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, fried gram, tomato, coriander leaves, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Paddu/Guliyappa Recipe

Paddu/Guliyappa Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup of rice 1/4 cup of urad dal 1/4 cup of poha(Avalakki) 4 Methi seeds 2 tbsp Chana dal Cooking oil Onion, finely chopped Green Chili,   finely chopped 5 Curry leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp of grated carrot 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 cup of dil leaves/ Sabsige Preparation: Step 1: Soak rice, urad dal, methi, pota and chana dal for 8 hours. Step 2: Grind the rice and dal mixture. Add salt while grinding. Make sure batter is smooth. Step 3: Pour the batter in a big bowl and ferment over night. Step 4: Next morning batter have raised ( slightly doubled) Step 5: Further to batter, add green chili, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, dil leaves and grated carrot. Step 6: Take paddu pan add ghee, pour batter and cover it in medium flame. Step 7: Cook the other side. Serve with it c hutney and enjoy. Add caption

Beetroot Curry

Beetroot Curry   Ingredients: 2 cups of small chopped beetroot 1 tbsp of cooking oil 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds 2 cups of water 4-5 curry leaves 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp of sambar powder Salt as per taste Coriander leaves   Preparation: Step 1: Heat oil in pan over medium flame, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion. Step 2: Stir for a while and then add chopped beetroot. Step 3: Further add turmeric powder and sauté for a while. Step 4: Add 2 cups of water, salt and sambar powder. Add chopped tomato and close the lid. Step 5: Cook for 15-20 minutes, make sure beetroot are properly cooked and finely add  coriander leaves.
